Tortellini with turkey and four cheeses
Tortellini filled with spinach can serve as a stand alone dish, but when served with turkey and four types of cheese it can become a real gourmet treat. For true afficionados, try a little prosciutto on top.

Fant seasoning blend for baked chicken with 4 cheeses (40 g)
grated Gran Padano cheese
Cut turkey breast into cubes. Add tortellini and turkey to a baking dish. Mix contents of Fant packet with 100 ml water and cooking cream, and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake about 30 minutes in oven preheated to 200°C.
Served baked turkey immediately with the salad of your choice.
If desired, served with a sprinkling of thin fried slices of pancetta or prosciutto.
