Baked spaghetti with mozzarella

Spaghetti can be an exciting baked dish with a little meat and olive oil, topped with fresh basil.





  1. Mix contents of Fant packed with 500 ml warm water.
  2. Fry ground meat in hot oil, while stirring.
  3. Remove from heat, add in pureed tomatoes and prepared Fant mixture, and return to heat and bring to a boil. Sauté over medium high heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce is done.
  4. During that time, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water and drain.
  5. Mix cooked spaghetti into prepared sauce. Add in half the mozzarella, ripped into smaller pieces, and basil leaves. Stir lightly and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  6. Layer the rest of the mozzarella in slices on top, and place in the oven, preheated to 200 °C.Bake about 15 minutes until the cheese is baked.
