Finely slice or grind chicken breast. Fry meat briefly in hot oil. Add 600 ml warm water and cream, mix in contents of Fant packet and bring to the boil. Clean and cook asparagus in salted water. Drain and cut asparagus into pieces. Grease a 20×20 cm baking dish. Add a layer of lasagne sheets, then a layer of meat, sprinkle with some sliced mozzarella, then part of the asparagus. Continue alternating layers until all ingredients have been used up. Finish with a layer of lasagne sheets and top with cooking cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Serve warm lasagna with a sprinkling of fresh basil leaves.
Instead of mozzarella, you can use another cheese, like ricotta, or fresh curds.
