Čobanac stew is a traditional dish prepared in a copper cauldron over a natural fire, and is most often prepared in the garden, while camping, at outdoor parties or other events where people come together to enjoy a delicious meal.





  1. Mix contents of Fant seasoning Fant seasoning mix for slavonian shephard’s stew with water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add beef and pork cut into cubes, bay leaf, and cook until meat is tender. Near the end of cooking, add in the wine and add the dumplings until cooked.
  3. To make the dumplings, add eggs, water and a little salt to flour. Mix well, and use a spoon to form dumplings.
