stewing beef (bottom round)

Vegeta Maestro bay leaf
150 mL
white wine
Vegeta Maestro ground black pepper
PREPARATION
Mix the contents of the packet with Fant seasoning mix for Slavonian shepherd’s stew with water and bring to a boil. Add diced game and beef and the bay leaf. Cook until tender. While cooking, shake the pot gently and add warm water as needed. Near the end of cooking, add wine and black pepper.
