Chicken wok with shiitake mushrooms

If you only have 20 minutes but you want a complete meal, this chicken wok with shiitake mushrooms is a tasty solution to this time challenge.
Ingredients

shiitake mushrooms

onion (100 g)

zucchini

1 packet
Fant seasoning mix for meat and vegetable wok

tablespoons soy sauce
Fresh sprouts

PREPARATION
Cut meat into strips and mushrooms into slices. Cut onion and zucchini into slices. In a wok, heat oil to smoking and then fry meat. Add onion and fry briefly while stirring until transparent. Then add zucchini and mushrooms. Fry briefly while stirring. Add in 300 ml warm water, mix in contents of Fant packet and cook a few more minutes. Add in soy sauce just before the end of cooking.
SERVING
Sprinkle with rinsed sprouts and serve with rice or noodles.
