Tortillas with beef meatballs enriched with tomatoes, arugula and olives are guaranteed to be tasty and can be served with a smile
Ingredients

ground beef
1 packet
Fant seasoning mix for meat sticks
Vegeta Maestro ground black pepper
Vegeta Maestro sweet paprika

PREPARATION
Mix Fant seasoning with 70 ml warm water and let stand for a few minutes. Add ground beef and arugula and mix well. Use hands to shape small meatballs (8 – 12 patties). Press one stuffed olive into the middle of each meatball. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil to a pan, heat and fry patties on both sides until golden. Once finished, remove from pan and keep in a warm place. Slice tomatoes, peppers and shallots. Heat tortillas a bit to soften them and top with a layer of arugula. On half the tortilla, add ¼ of the chopped vegetables, season with salt, pepper and paprika and a few drops of olive oil.
SERVING
Add fried meatballs, fold tortilla over in half. You can use toothpicks or skewer sticks to hold the edges together, and serve.
ADVICE
Make sure the patties are the same thickness as the olive inside to ensure they fry evenly.
