Serve mincemeat nests on a bed of crystal lettuce or radicchio and enjoy the charm of a simple dish.

Ingredients
250 g
ground beef
200 g
semihard cheese
2
eggs
2
tomatoes
salt
Vegeta Maestro coloured peppercorns
1 packet
Fant seasoning mix for meat patties
Lettuce for serving
250 g
ground pork

PREPARATION
Mix the contents of the Fant packet with 150 ml warm water and let stand a few minutes. Add meat to prepared Fant mixture and mix well. Shape mixture into balls and press in a deep well in the top of each to get 8 round nests, and place in a baking dish. Mix eggs and grated cheese in a bowl and pour into well in the top of the nests. Place a tomato slice on top of each nest, season with salt and pepper as desired. Bake about 30 minutes in oven preheated to 200°C.
SERVING
Serve mincemeat nests on a bed of greens.
ADVICE
You can use cheeses such as ricotta or mozzarella, and then no egg is needed.
