Delicious cabbage rolls
As soon as the ingredients contain ground meat and sauerkraut, it is immediately clear that we are making cabbage rolls. Try it and see for yourself just how delicious they are.

Podravka tomato concentrate
Mix contents of Fant packet with 100 ml warm water and leave a few minutes. Add Fant mixture to ground meat and rice, and mix well. Slice off thicker parts of cabbage leaves. If the leaves are large cut them in half to get smaller rolls. Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of meat filling on each leaf, and roll up leaves from the thicker part towards the edge of the leaf. Tuck the ends in well so that the cabbage rolls do not come unfolded while cooking. Finely slice the remainder of the cabbage. Add oil to a deep pot, and add the sliced cabbage. Lay the cabbage rolls one next to another, but packed tightly. Place the bay leaves in amongst the cabbage rolls. Mix tomato concentrate into water and pour over rolls. Add salt if desired. Cook covered over low heat.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
Do not stir while cooking, instead occasionally shake the pot.
