Chili con carne with chicken

Chili con carne can be eaten with a spoon or with nacho chips! Prepare this dish with chicken to create a completely different and interesting lunch.
Ingredients

Zlato Polje Basmati rice
150 g
tinned Podravka Chickpeas
1 packet
Fant seasoning blend for Chili con carne
300 g
ground chicken or turkey
100 g
drained Podravka Sugar corn
PREPARATION
Cut carrots into cubes, fry briefly and add ground meat. Fry, stirring, until the liquid evaporates. Pour in 500 ml warm water and the contents of the Fant packet, and stir. Add drained chickpeas and sugar corn, and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook rice in salted water and drain. Serve in a bowl with a few spoons of cooked rice at the bottom, then a layer of the meat mixture, and top it with a spoon of sour cream.
SERVING
Grab at this chili con carne with nacho chips instead of a spoon! The taste is fantastic!

Basmati rice is recognisable for its long grains, and it only takes 10 – 12 minute to cook.
