Ingredients

Podravka Fine flour

Fant for burgers

PREPARATION
Grate potatoes, carrots and zucchini, and finely chop onions. Place grated vegetables and onions into a thin cloth, and squeeze out all the liquid. Place vegetables into a bowl, add egg, Fant for burgers, and flour. Use your hands to mix well to get a uniform mixture. Grab 2–3 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into small patties. Repeat for the rest of the mixture. Heat a medium frying pan and add in the oil. Once the oil is hot, add in the patties, taking care to not overfill the pan. Fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, then flip and fry 2–3 minutes on the other side. Serve vegetable patties warm or at room temperature with your favourite sauces. Tip: Use any vegetable you like to prepare the patties.
