Unusual mushrooms in hunter’s sauce

Top sauteed mushrooms with eggs and as they cook gently you will get unusual mushrooms in hunter’s sauce. Serve with your favourite side dish and enjoy this simple, meatless meal.
Ingredients
Vegeta Maestro sea salt
3
eggs
1 packet
Fant seasoning mix for hunter’s sauce
2 tablespoons
oil
200 g
oyster mushrooms
300 g
brown mushrooms
PREPARATION
Mix contents of Fant packet with 300 ml warm water and whisk together. Add to mushrooms and stir, bring to a boil. Sauté for a few minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. When the mushrooms and sauce is finished, crack 3 eggs on top and cover pan. Cook over low heat until eggs are cooked. In a pan, fry coarsely cut mushrooms in hot oil, stirring occasionally. When the liquid evaporates, lightly salt the mushrooms.
SERVING
Serve prepared mushrooms as a stand-alone meal or with polenta or rice.

Adapt the number of eggs however you like based on the number of people.
