Fant Tortilla (20 g)

olive oil

purple onion

spring onions

grated cheese (edam or mozzarella)

tortillas (Ø 23 cm)

ground beef
PREPARATION
Mix together ground beef, egg, Fant and olive oil. Combine well, and then add in finely chopped purple onion and chopped spring onion. Mix well. Bend tortillas in half to get a line down the centre, then open. Distribute filling in a thin layer on half the tortilla. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover by folding the other half over the filling. Place tortilla on a hot pan with a little oil and cook over low heat until golden. Flip and cook on other side.
SERVING
Slice finished tortillas into wedges and serve warm with a mixed salad or cooked vegetables.
ADVICE
Spread the filling in a layer about 1 cm thick to prevent the filling from spilling out of the tortilla while in the pan.
