ground beef
1 packet
Fant seasaoning mix for tortilla
oil
4
tortillas (Ø19 cm)
200 g
Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon
chopped chives
salt
Vegeta Maestro ground black pepper

Lettuce leaves, young arugula

PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, contents of Fant packet, and a little water. To make the sauce, mix together Greek yogurt with chives, season with salt and pepper. Press seasoned meat mixture in a thin layer over the entire surface of each tortilla. Heat a large non-stick pan and season with a little oil. Remove excess. Add tortilla to pan, meat side down and fry for a few minutes until meat is golden. Flip tortilla and fry briefly on the other side. Slice tomatoes. Remove tortilla from the pan and top the meat with a little sauce, add lettuce, tomatoes, arugula and a little more yogurt sauce. Fold tortilla over in half, press lightly and slice into two.
SERVING
Serve warm immediately.
ADVICE
During cooking, poke the tortilla with a toothpick to release any steam. You can also use cheese in the filling (such as feta).
