PREPARATION

  1. Cut pork into larger cubes, season lightly with salt and pepper. Fry in a wide pan in hot oil
  2. Cut potatoes into larger slices and add to pork. Add in đuveč and a little water, and cook about 20 minutes until the meat is half cooked.
  3. Mix Fant with 500 mL water, add to stew and cook another 20–30 minutes, until thickened and the meat is tender.
  4. Tip: Add just enough water to obtain the desired consistency.
