PREPARATION
Fry finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add chilli pepper and chopped Pelati tomatoes, sauté briefly and add in 700 ml water. Mix in contents of Fant seasoning mix for fish soup and fish paprikash and cook briefly. Add slices of carp and cook about 25 minutes. At the end of cooking, add in wine and cook briefly.
SERVING
Serve fish paprikash with broad noodles.
