Prepare the dish that has been a staple in your kitchen for a long time – meatballs with mozzarella and tomatoes.

500 g
minced meat

Fant seasoning mix for meat patties
100 g
mozzarella
4
small tomatoes
50 mL
oil to grease meatball molds

PREPARATION
Mix the contents of the packet with Fant seasoning mix for meat patties with 150 mL of lukewarm water and let stand for a few minutes. Add 500 g of minced meat and stir well. Divide the meatball mixture into 8 greased molds. Press mozzarella and a half (or a slice) of tomato into each meatball and bake in an oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
SERVING
4 servingsServe hot with a salad of your choosing.
ADVICE
You can add 1/4 teaspoon of Vegeta Maestro thyme or oregano to the meatball mixture.
