Fant chili con carne with butternut squash

Ingredients

Fant Chili con carne
150 g
butternut squash
150 g
Podravka Kidney beans
100 g
Podravka Sugar corn
Fresh coriander
300 g
ground beef
PREPARATION
Fry meat in hot oil, stirring constantly, until golden. Add 500 mL warm water and contents of Fant packet, and stir. Add in cubed butternut squash, rinsed and drained kidney beans and sugar corn. Sauté about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the squash is tender.
SERVING
Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves, and serve with tortilla chips or polenta.
ADVICE
Pour cooked polenta into a baking dish, let cool, then cut into squares, circles or other shapes. Place polenta in the middle of the plate and surround with chilli con carne for an interesting presentation.
