Ingredients
250 g
dried chickpeas
1 packet
Fant for burgers
1 teaspoon
cumin powder
2 tablespoons
chopped parsley
Frying oil

PREPARATION
Place chickpeas in water and let soak at least 12 hours or overnight. Drain chickpeas, place into a blender. Add Fant for burgers, cumin, and parsley, and blend for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is a coarse paste. Shape the mixture into balls (about 12). Fry in hot oil for 3–4 minutes, until golden on all sides Serve falafel with the sauce of your choice. Tip: Falafel goes best with a yogurt sauce containing a little lemon juice and chili.
