Cutlets with mozzarella and potatoes and a delicious mushroom sauce is an ideal solution for lunch tomorrow with Podravka.
Ingredients

Podravka tarragon mustard

potatoes (800 g)

mozzarella
50 g
butter
2 tablespoons
chopped chives
1 packet
Fant seasoning mix for mushroom sauce
250 ml
water
50 ml
white wine
800 g
pork leg cutlet
PREPARATION
Thinly slice cutlets and pound with a meat tenderiser. Sprinkle with Vegeta, spread a thin layer of mustard on meat, and leave to marinade. Peel potatoes and cut into slices about ½ cm thick. Cook in boiling salted water about 15 minutes, then drain. Cut mozzarella into slices. In hot butter, fry cutlets on both sides. Remove from pan and transfer to a baking dish. Top each cutlet with a slice of cooked potato and sliced mozzarella. Sprinkle with chives and bake about 10 minutes at 200°C. Prepare the sauce by mixing contents of Fant packet with 250 ml warm water, and stir until it comes to a boil. Add wine and cook another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
SERVING
Place cutlets on top of the sauce.
ADVICE
Sprinkle meat with Vegeta and add some mustard for a tasty marinade.
