Garden patties made with zucchini and cheese are a fantastic idea for a meatless meal, and if you want to enrich them with a sauce and serve as the main course, we propose Bolognese sauce! This lunch will go perfectly with a seasonal salad.





  1. Grate zucchini, salt and let stand about 10 minutes to release liquid, then drain well.
  2. Mix together eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper, then add zucchini, bread crumbs and flour. Add a little milk and mix together until you get a uniform mixture.
  3. Shape patties from the mixture.
  4. Fry patties in hot oil on both sides until golden.
  5. Remove from oil, and drain on paper towel to remove excess oil.
  6. For the sauce, mix together contents of Fant packet with 250 ml warm water and heat, whisking constantly, until the sauce comes to a boil.
