Ingredients

sweet potatoes (orange)
1 packet
Fant seasoning for vegetables stews
150 g
young broccoli florets
1 tablespoon
chopped parsley
80 g
Zlato Polje 3-grain rice
PREPARATION
Rince the 3-grain mixture (rice, spelt, barley) and let stand in warm water as you prepare the rest. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes and briefly fry in hot oil. Add 800 ml warm water and contents of Fant packet. Bring to the boil, add grains, partly cover and cook for 15 minutes. Mix in broccoli florets and cook until al dente (about 5 minutes).
SERVING
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
ADVICE
If desired, add a little lemon juice to neutralise the sweetness of the sweet potato.
