Ingredients

mixed ground meat
1 packet
Fant for meatballs (60 g)
1 teaspoon
Vegeta Natur Mediteran
50 ml
red wine
100 g
Podravka Passata pureed tomatoes
Frying oil

small zucchini
390 g
Podravka Chopped tomatoes
PREPARATION
Mix contents of Fant packet in 100 ml warm water, and let stand several minutes. Add prepared Fant seasoning to ground meat, add grated zucchini, and mix well. Shape into meatballs, and fry briefly in a frying pan. In a pot, add chopped tomatoes, pureed tomatoes, red wine, and Vegeta Natur Mediteran. Cook briefly to make the sauce. Add fried meatballs to sauce and cook until the meatballs are softened.
SERVING
Serve zucchini meatballs hot with cooked rice or pasta.
ADVICE
If you want to hide the zucchini in the meatballs, chop them in the blender.
