Try out this baked chicken and potato casserole covered in a mushroom cheese sauce. It may be difficult to satisfy everyone, but this simple and tasty meal will equally delight those who prefer mushrooms, potatoes or chicken.
Ingredients

Fant blend for Mushroom sauce
100 ml
cooking cream
1-2 tablespoons
grated hard cheese
1 tablespoon
chopped chives
PREPARATION
Slice chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and let stand about 15 minutes. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden. Cut potatoes into equal-sized squares and cook in salted water. Drain potatoes and mix with chicken. Add chicken and potato mixture to 3 small greased baking dishes. For the sauce, mix contents of Fant packet with 200 ml warm water and cooking cream, and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, while stirring. Pour prepared sauce over contents in baking dishes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven preheated to 200°C about 15 minutes.
SERVING
Sprinkle with chives and serve warm.
