PREPARATION
Fry finely chopped onion in hot oil, add diced potatoes. Add lukewarm water and stir in the contents of the packet with Fant seasoning mix for fish soup and fish paprikash. Add chili, fish steaks, and a small bunch of celery. Cook for 25 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove the celery, add white wine, and cook for a few more minutes.
SERVING
4 servingsDrizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and serve with wide noodles.
ADVICE
You can also use grated onions and potatoes and replace celery leaves with celery root.
