One-pot meals loaded with vegetables and cereals invigorate the body, just like this rich lentil stew. You can serve it as a hearty soup, or a side dish paired with various main courses.

Fant seasoning mix for beans
20 g
butter
40 g
Podravka Pancetta
100 g
carrots
200 g
potatoes
300 g
Podravka green lentils
PREPARATION
Wash the lentils and let them soak. Cook soaked lentils in a pot of boiling water. Mix the contents of the packet with Fant seasoning mix for beans with 100mL of lukewarm water and let stand for a few minutes. Fry sliced pancetta in butter. Add diced carrots and potatoes. Simmer gently for 15 minutes adding water as needed. Add drained lentils and 1 L of water. Stir in the prepared Fant seasoning mix and cook for about 10 minutes.
SERVING
For 4 servings.Serve warm.
