Beans can be prepared in hundreds of ways, but the true bean lovers always prefer the refried beans. It is very important to choose good type of beans, but the spirit of every meal are carefully selected ingredients added in small amounts - the spices. A fine combination of Fant spices contains dried tomato and carrot. Serve it as a stand-alone dish or a side dish to accompany other meals, and make your eyes ready to see the empty plates afterwards.

Preparation

Usage: For 3 – 4 servings add 600 g cooked beans, 100 g carrot, 100 g fresh red peppers, 60 g pancetta or smoked meat, 4 tablespoons oil.

Preparation: Cube the pancetta and slightly fry on oil. Add red pepper and carrot cut to cubes and stew for three minutes. Dilute Fant in 300 of lukewarm water, pour over the vegetables and the pancetta, add the cooked beans, bring to boil and then put into an oiled dish for baking. Fry for 20 minutes at 220 °C.

Ingredients

dried onion, wheat flour, table salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), dried tomato, garlic, dried red pepper, dried carrot, garlic, colour (caramel), aroma, spices, hydrogenated herbal fat, parsley leaf. May contain eggs, milk and celery in trace amounts.

Storage: keep in dry place at room temperature.
Shelf life: 15 months.
