In this chicken wok, the usual vegetables cut into strips get a surprising life from a few cubes of pineapple and cooked rice.
Ingredients

carrot
50 g
celery root
150 g
leeks
150 g
mushrooms
50 ml
oil
1 packet
Fant seasoning blend for Chicken wok
2 tablespoons
soy sauce
pineapple
Zlato Polje Sant’ Andrea rice
250 g
chicken breast
PREPARATION
Slice meat into strips, and mushrooms into slices. Slice carrots, celery and leeks into long, thin strips. Heat oil to smoking in the wok and fry meat. Add sliced vegetables and mushrooms. Fry briefly while stirring, then add 300 ml warm water and mix in contents of Fant packet. Stir fry another 5 minutes. When almost done, add soy sauce. When the dish is finished, add a few cubes of pineapple.
SERVING
Serve with cooked rice.
