Fantastic goulash with vegetables

meat (beef, pork)

olive oil
Vegeta Maestro chilli

Podravka frozen green beans

Podravka frozen peas

Podravka sugar corn
About 150 g
chopped cabbage

Fant for goulash and paprikash

Podravka Passata pureed tomatoes

PREPARATION
Cut meat into cubes. Heat olive oil in a deep pan over high heat. Add meat and fry in batches, for several minutes on each side, until golden. Add more olive oil if needed between batches. Remove meat from pan. Reduce heat to medium, add in rest of olive oil, sliced peppers, carrots and celery. Fry briefly while stirring, and return cooked meat to pan. Add in tomatoes, 700 ml water, and stir in Fant. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat, cover, and cook about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed. Add in potatoes cut into cubes, corn, peas, green beans, cabbage and a little chilli. Cook about 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
SERVING
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
ADVICE
You can replace cabbage with leeks and add any vegetables you like.
