1. Mix contents of packet in 300 mL milk and whisk until the sauce comes to a boil.
2. Cook 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
3. Serve prepared sauce with the dish of your choice.

maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder, curry spice mix 15.3% (coriander, curcuma 3%, sweet paprika, cumin, ginger 1.5%, black pepper, chilli, fenugreek), corn starch, wheat flour, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), yeast extract, dried onion, sugar, garlic.
May contain traces of celery and egg.
Storage: keep in a dry place at room temperature.
