PREPARATION
Mix contents of Fant packet with water, and let stand a few minutes. Mix ground meat with Fant seasoning, and mix well. Add cheese cut into cubes, mix well, and shape into meatballs. Finely chop onion and fry in hot oil until golden, add crushed garlic, chopped tomatoes, pureed tomatoes, and basil, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add in plum jam, season with salt and pepper. Once the sauce reaches the desired consistency, add in meatballs, cover and cook over low heat about 20 minutes.
SERVING
Serve cheesy meatballs in tomato sauce with cooked spaghetti, rice, or mashed potatoes.
